I have exactly 4 tomatoes in a bowl on my kitchen counter and there is fresh basil on my balcony so this recipe comes to me at a perfect time. (I&#039;ll have to go light on the garlic, though, because that is one of my very few food intolerances.)

Looking forward to more ideas about what to make for dinner (lunch or breakfast).</description>
